Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales professional to drive our B2B sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling IT/AV solutions and a passion for helping clients modernize their workspace technology.
Key Responsibilities
• Business Development: Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients (Corporates, Government, and SMBs) to offer our range of AV and IT solutions.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CTOs, IT Managers, Admin Heads).
• Solution Selling: Conduct product demonstrations (Video Conferencing, Audio endpoints, Professional Displays) and provide customized technology configurations based on client needs.
• End-to-End Sales Cycle: Manage the entire sales process—from lead generation and site surveys to proposal drafting, price negotiation, and closing deals.
• Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and new product launches from our OEM partners (Logitech, Jabra, etc.).
• Targets & Reporting: Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and provide regular updates to the management via CRM/Sales reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Experience: 4–7 years of experience in Corporate/B2B Sales, preferably in the IT Hardware, Audio-Visual (AV), or Video Conferencing industry.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or IT (MBA is a plus).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with meeting room technologies, Zoom/Microsoft Teams setups, and IT peripherals.
• Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
