Role Overview

The Senior Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations, ensuring seamless project execution from the order stage to final installation. You will coordinate between the sales team, technical engineers, and OEMs to maintain our 97% client satisfaction rate.

 

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AV and IT installation projects. Ensure technical teams are dispatched and timelines are met for client sites (Corporate offices, Auditoriums, etc.).

Supply Chain & Logistics: Coordinate with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and vendors for timely procurement of hardware like professional displays, video bars, and IT peripherals.

Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for operational updates. Ensure “Full Satisfaction of Clients” by resolving post-installation issues and managing AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts).

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inventory, project status reports, and service tickets. Oversee the billing and invoicing process in coordination with the finance department.

Team Leadership: Supervise junior operations staff and site technicians to ensure work quality adheres to Teknics India Infotech Pvt Ltd. high standards.

Operational Efficiency: Identify bottlenecks in the current workflow and implement process improvements to reduce “meeting room setup time” and enhance service delivery.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 4–7 years of experience in Operations, preferably within the IT Hardware, AV Integration, or Telecom sectors.

Education: Graduate in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.

Technical Familiarity: Understanding of AV/IT products (Video Conferencing systems, HDMI switchers, Professional Displays) is a strong advantage.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

Tools: Proficient in MS Office (Advanced Excel) and CRM software.

Attitude: A “Customer First” mindset with the ability to handle high-pressure situations and tight deadlines.
