Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive (B2B)

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound B2B Calling: Make daily calls to corporate IT managers and procurement
  heads to introduce our products (Video Conferencing, Interactive Displays, IT
  Peripherals).
• Lead Generation: Identify potential business opportunities in MNCs, Hospitals, and
  Educational Institutions.
• Product Pitching: Explain the benefits of brands like Jabra, Logitech, Samsung, and
  LG, Cisco to prospects.
• Meeting Coordination: Schedule product demonstrations for our technical sales team.
• Data Management: Maintain a clean and updated database of leads and follow-up
  statuses.

Required Candidate Profile

• Education: Graduate (Any stream).
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English.
• Experience: 0–2 years in Tele-calling, Telesales, or Customer Support. (Freshers with
  great communication are welcome).
• Traits: Confident, persistent, and able to handle B2B conversations professionally.
• Tech Knowledge: Basic understanding of computers and meeting tools (Zoom/Teams) is
  a plus.
