Role Overview
The Junior HR & Operations Executive will play a vital role in supporting our team’s growth and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office. This role is a blend of Talent Management (finding the right people for our AV/IT sales and tech teams) and Operational Oversight (managing office assets and logistics).
Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resources (HR):
• End-to-End Recruitment: Sourcing candidates for Sales, Technical Support, and Admin roles via job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn) and social media.
• Onboarding: Handling the documentation, orientation, and joining formalities for new hires.
• Employee Records: Maintaining digital and physical files for all employees (attendance, leaves, and performance logs).
• Engagement: Organizing small team-building activities to maintain the 27-year-old positive work culture of Teknics India Infotech.
2. Operations & Admin:
• Vendor Management: Coordinating with service providers (Internet, Electricity, Stationery, Maintenance) to ensure zero downtime.
• Asset Tracking: Managing the inventory of IT peripherals and demo units (Jabra, Logitech, etc.) used by the sales team.
• Logistics Support: Assisting the sales/service team with dispatch coordination and tracking of client deliveries.
• Compliance: Basic assistance in ensuring office safety and local regulatory compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Education: Graduate in any stream (BBA or MBA in HR is preferred).
• Communication: Clear and professional command over English and Hindi (Written & Verbal).
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office (Excel is a must) and comfortable learning new HRMS/CRM tools.
• Multitasking: Ability to handle recruitment calls while simultaneously managing office admin tasks.
• Personality: Proactive, empathetic, and highly disciplined.
