Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Executive/Manager who can drive B2B corporate sales by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding our presence in the corporate and institutional market.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach new corporate clients and build a strong B2B pipeline
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, events, and digital outreach
Understand client requirements and propose suitable AV/IT solutions
Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos
Negotiate deals, close sales, and achieve/exceed targets
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers
Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams for solution implementation
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and suggest strategic inputs
Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and sales documentation
Represent TIIPL at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Technology (MBA preferred for Manager role)
2–5 years of experience in B2B or Corporate Sales (AV/IT sales preferred)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities
Goal-oriented with a proven track record in achieving sales targets
Ability to understand technical solutions and convey them effectively
Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and sales tools
Self-driven, proactive, and willing to travel when required
