Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth across our product portfolio.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, networking, and industry events

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business

  • Present and demonstrate TIIPL’s range of AV and IT solutions to clients

  • Understand customer needs and offer tailored product solutions

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Collaborate with the technical and support teams for smooth project execution

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM software

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales (IT/AV products preferred)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

  • Basic technical understanding of AV/IT solutions is a plus

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
